  3. Your Promise — What transformation do you deliver? (You’re not selling a product; you’re selling the version of them that exists after working with you.)

  4. Your Personality — What does your brand sound and feel like? (Are you the sage, the rebel, the best friend, or the visionary?)


Once those are defined, your visuals, voice, and marketing start syncing effortlessly. Your audience recognizes you instantly — because you finally do, too.
